Palmetto Property Management of Columbia (PPMOC) began in the fall of 2007. We are a FULL SERVICE company serving the greater Columbia and Lexington areas. As a veteran owned, family business, it is our mission to provide excellent, one on one services to our owners with their best interest in mind for their home. We pride ourselves on a response time within a 24-48 hour period for any and all maintenance of the properties that we service.
PPMOC partners with Flip Master, LLC for all maintenance, cleaning, and painting tasks.

"I must say that the owners portal is a good tool. I like that in the portal all my statements are in there and if I have any issues that I can address them in the portal and my issue is usually addressed within 24 hour if not quicker. The portal also provides me with any information concerning my properties such as when my tax statements will be available and etc. By having the portal it allows me to keep up with my rental property and address any issue that I may have. Again this is a good tool to have for us that have properties managed by Ms. Evans and her staff."
